A Picture is worth a thousand words.
Use tie layer (5 and 7) to hold stack together
on this 7 high load. .( See Tie Demo)
Tilt load up so as to see under will help get lined up straight.
If the land has a  slight slope to the back the stack will stand much better.
A rope or twin  (yellow rope) as in picture will help to be straight and determine distance.

1 -- Wagon can be tilted up as backing for better visibility.
2 -- Brace up the load with poles or pipes after unloaded and before pushing off.
3 -- After load has been set down move poles to hold this  load before pushing off.
4 --
DO NOT use tractor to pull wagon from under the hay, as this will pull bottom bales out.
5 -- For help getting lined up straight use a rope or twine as a guide. (yellow line)
6 -- Let the tractor out of gear and use hydraulic push-off to push wagon from under load.
7 -- Take time to see the bale are good firm bales and a  uniform size when baling.
Keep the tractor and wagon straight in line when using push-off.

This can be a one man operation with this help. I have seen one man move 1200 to 1500 bales in one day with out too much trouble.
